Savory, delicious beef roasting in all it's juices with potatoes, carrots, onions and peas. What a meal, what a wonderful, homemade dish to slow cook. We're having this tonight, and I wish I could share it with you all!

Ingredients For my ultimate beef stew

  • 1
    boneless beef chuck roast
  • 1 lb
    white potatoes (approximately 1 lb.)
  • 1/2 lg
    onion, chopped
  • 1 1/2
    raw carrots, chopped
  • 1/2 bag
    frozen peas
  • DRY SEASONINGS
  • 1 c
    flour, i used cake flour because that's all i had.
  • 1 pkg
    mccormick beef stew seasoning
  • 1
    sazon goya (white box) seasoning packet
  • 1
    sazon goya (orange box) seasoning packet
  • WET INGREDIENTS
  • 1/4 c
    pompeian roasted garlic vinegar with infused red wine
  • 2 c
    water

How To Make my ultimate beef stew

    Chop white potatoes into bite size pieces and add them to slow cooker.

    Then cut up boneless beef chuck roast into large bite size pieces and set aside.

    Combine all dry seasonings and flour into a bowl or shallow dish. Mix well all seasonings and flour together by hand.

    Take a handful of beef roast pieces and roll them into flour and seasonings coating each piece very well. Add each beef piece to the slow cooker, once completely coated in flour and seasonings. Next add rest of flour and seasonings to slow cooker.

    Chop onion and carrots up into bite size pieces and add to slow cooker.

    Now add roasted garlic vinegar and two cups of water. Turn slow cooker on HIGH for 1 hour. Next stir everything once and turn down to LOW for the rest of cooking time. Lastly add the frozen peas and stir in once last time. Keep cooking on low until potatoes are fork tender.
