I love to grill, so today I made a burger using my favorite combination of ingredients. On 6.28.14 I decided to use a low carb tortilla, grilled, instead of a bun, and I will never go back to bun, it was awesome.

  • **thai chili sauce
  • **hamburger buns or low carb tortillas.

How To Make my thai mexican cheeseburger

    Today I cooked my burgers over mesquite, such a delicious flavor.

    I grilled the tomatoes as well as the beef. I had a very hot fire, so it only took about 5 min. per side.

    I used the Thai chili sauce as my condiment, and cilantro as my lettuce. I also added some American cheese slices and some fresh onion.
