I love making these on lazy days..just a hint of heat..these babies are always a hit at my house or potlucks..I double and triple the batch, and keep warm in the crock pot of game nights..or when taking to a party..mmm

1chopped onion

1/2 cfinely minced,red bell pepper

1 clovegarlic , finely minced

1/4 cfine diced celery

1 tspsmoked paprika

1/4 tspchipotle powder

1 Tbspbalsamic vinegar

1 cketchup

1 Tbspworcestershire sauce

2 pinchhot pepper flakes

How To Make my smokin joes

1In a large skillet over high heat, saute the beef, onions, bell pepper,celery and garlic until the beef is cooked and browning, and all the liquid has boiled off

2Turn the heat down to low, then add the spices and stir.

3Stir in the remaining ingredients, then partially cover and simmer over low heat for 30 minutes, stirring frequently to prevent sticking.

4Prepare buns, and I serve with homemade fries, or chips..
