Ingredients For my mexi burger.

  • 1 1/2 lb
    ground buffalo,or ground beef.
  • 1 c
    tortilla chips,crushed
  • 1 sm
    onion,diced
  • 2 tsp
    garlic salt
  • 1 sm
    green chiles,finely chopped.
  • 1/4 tsp
    white pepper
  • hot sauce,to taste

How To Make my mexi burger.

    In a large mixing bowl combine all ingredients together. Mix well. Form 4-6 paddies
  • 2
    Pre-heat grill for med-high heat. Grill paddies for 5-6 min per side. Serve on buns with mayo and lettus.
