Used to work at Krystal,s way way back in the day.So wanted to try and create their burger at home.As I have always cooked everything else that I eat from places,at my home for family and friends.

Ingredients For my krystal burgers

  • 1 lb
    ground round
  • 1 bottle
    dried oninons
  • 1 Tbsp
    salt
  • 1 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 1 pkg
    hamburger buns
  • MY KRYSTAL BURGER RECIPE
  • 1 bottle
    mustard
  • 1 bottle
    pickles

How To Make my krystal burgers

    Season meat with garlic and salt.Pat out little bitty hamburger patties real thin.Place onto a griddle and use a straw to poke 4 holes into each patty.

    Place a tiny pinch of dried onion bits on top of each patty.Put the top part of hamburger (square roll)from bread stores--on cooking--very thin--patties.Need to cover griddle with a cake pan,so burgers can steam the buns and cook.Have the bottom buns on another side of the griddle,topside down for just one min.

    These do cook really fast so stay with them.As soon as no pink on bottom of patties.Take up from griddle and assemble with meat between buns and add a dill pickle slice,with mustard also.
