This is a combination of several stroganoff recipes. I'm a big fan of recipes that are fairly quick and easy, but taste like they have been cooked for hours. I use left over pot roast for this recipe. This is definitely one of our favorite go to dishes. Hope you enjoy!

Ingredients For my favorite beef stroganoff

1 pkgegg noodles

2 ccooked shredded beef
-
1 smonion, chopped

8 ozsliced mushrooms
-
2 Tbspbutter
-
1/2 cred wine
-
2 cbeef broth
-
2 csour cream
-
1 Tbspworcestershire sauce

salt and pepper to taste
How To Make my favorite beef stroganoff

1Bring a large pot of water to boil. Cook noodles according to package directions.

2Meanwhile, saute mushrooms and onion in butter until golden.Deglaze pan with wine.

3Add beef, beef broth and 1 cup sour cream. Stir until combined. Let simmer for 20-30 minutes. Stir frequently.

4Add worcestshire sauce and season with salt and pepper. When done simmering stir in 1 cup sour cream before serving.

5Serve over noodles. Enjoy!
