6 Tbspbrown sugar, firmly packed (dark or light)

3 Tbspprepared mustard

3 mdonions, chopped

3celery stalks, chopped

1 1/2 cchili sauce

1In a large skillet or saucepan,lightly brown ground chuck and onions, then drain off any fat.

2In a medium saucepan, put remaining ingredients and bring to a boil.

3Pour sauce over meat and simmer for 1 hour. Serve on sandwich buns, onion rolls or your choice of bun. Enjoy with a side of chips or french fries.
