These are so delicious!! In the winter, I cook these in the oven. In the summer, the grill adds an extra yummy flavor!!

Ingredients For my aunt ginny's mini meatloaves

  • 1 lb
    ground beef
  • 3-4
    bacon strips, diced and not cooked (or use 1/3 c. bacon bits)
  • 8
    crackers, crushed (saltines, ritz, etc.)
  • 1 Tbsp
    onion, diced
  • 1/4 c
    milk or evaporated milk
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • TOPPING
  • 1/4 c
    ketchup
  • 1 Tbsp
    onion, finely diced (i use more)
  • 1/2 tsp
    chili powder
  • 1 tsp
    worchestershire sauce
  • 2 tsp
    apple cider vinegar

How To Make my aunt ginny's mini meatloaves

    Mix all the first list ingredients until well combined. Shape into individual loaves and flatten the top.

    Combine the topping ingredients. Evenly spoon on top of the loaves.

    Bake for 30 minutes at 350.

    OR place on grill- - let the loaves mostly cook without topping and then spoon topping on and let finish cooking.
