I make these for parties and games, and they are always the first things to go! I also do different variations on these, such as making different sauces to top them with. I hope everyone enjoys these as much as we do! :)

Ingredients For my almost famous sliders

1 lbground sirloin
-
1 lbitalian sausage, mild

1 lbground pork
-
1/4 cbread crumbs
-
1egg
-
1/4 cworcestershire sauce

2 boxkings hawaiin rolls
-
1 pkgshredded cheddar cheese
How To Make my almost famous sliders

1Preheat oven to for 425, to toast rolls. Cut each roll in half, and place openface on a cookie sheet to toast for 5 minutes.

2Preheat a tabletop grill to 350. Mix all meats together. Add bread crumbs, egg, and worcestershire sauce and mix together with meat mixture. Score into 4 equal parts to seperate. Break each of the four parts into 4 equal parts, then half those parts of the meat mixture, and shape into patties. On a tabletop grill, cook until done.

3Place patties on bottom parts of toasted rolls, and top with shredded cheese. Place tops on the sandwiches, and serve!
