My dad got this recipe from a matchbook cover when they brought me home from the hospital. Mom was too exhausted to cook (what with a newborn and a 16 month old as well!) so dad made this and it has been a family favorite ever since!(some 40+ yrs...lol)

Ingredients For mother's meatloaf

1 lbground beef

1 cbread crumbs, dry

1/4 conions, chopped

1/2 tspsalt

1/4 tsppepper

1 lgegg
-
1/3 cmilk
How To Make mother's meatloaf

1Preheat oven to 350.

2Mix all ingredients in a medium sized bowl, form into a loaf.

3Bake on a jelly roll pan or in a 9X13" cake pan for approximately 45 minutes
