My girlfriend gave me this recipe. It feeds her family of 6 without any trouble. You can adjust the heat by increasing or decreasing the red pepper.

Ingredients For mongolian beef
- MARINATE

2 lbround steak, thin cut

2 Tbspsoy sauce

2 Tbspcorn starch

4 clovegarlic, minced
- SAUCE

1 1/2 cwater
-
4 Tbspsoy sauce

5 tspcorn starch
-
1 tspsugar
-
2 tspred pepper flakes
- ADDITIONAL INGREDIENTS

2medium white onions, wedge sliced

2 bunchgreen onions, chopped

4 Tbspoil, divided in half
- SERVE WITH:

rice (white or brown)

lo mein noodles
How To Make mongolian beef

1PREP: Cut round steak into thin slices (about 1/8 inch thick). Dice green onions into 1/2 inch pieces. Wedge cut white onions into 1/4 inch thick wedges.

2MARINATE: Mix soy sauce, cornstarch, and garlic in large bowl. Add beef and mix until beef is well covered. Let sit for 10 minutes.

3SAUCE: In separate bowl, mix ingredients for sauce and set aside.

4Heat 2 tablespoons of oil over high heat. Add marinated beef. Cook for 1-3 minutes. Remove from heat and return to bowl.

5Heat remaining 2 tablespoons of oil. Add white and green onions. Cook for 2 minutes.

6Stir in cooked beef & sauce. Cook until sauce boils and thickens.

7Serve with rice or lo mein noodles.
