  • 8 oz
    rice noodles
  • 1 lb
    ground beef
  • 4 clove
    garlic, minced
  • 1 md
    shallot, chopped
  • 1/4 c
    soy sauce
  • 1/4 c
    brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp
    oyster sauce
  • 2 Tbsp
    hoisin sauce
  • 4
    scallions, green parts only, sliced

How To Make mongolian beef and rice noodles

    Cook the rice noodles according to package directions. Place the beef in a large saucepan and add the garlic and shallot and cook until the beef is browned.

    Mix the soy sauce, brown sugar, oyster, and hoisin sauce together and pour over the meat. Add the noodles and mix well.

    Add the scallions and mix. Serve.
