How To Make mongolian beef and rice noodles

1Cook the rice noodles according to package directions. Place the beef in a large saucepan and add the garlic and shallot and cook until the beef is browned.

2Mix the soy sauce, brown sugar, oyster, and hoisin sauce together and pour over the meat. Add the noodles and mix well.

3Add the scallions and mix. Serve.
