2 lbbeef, sliced thin

1/4 cbrown sugar

1 clow sodium soy sauce

1/2 ccornstarch

How To Make mongolian beef

1In a bowl, combine the brown sugar, soy sauce, oil, water, garlic & scallions. set aside

2in another bowl combine the beef with corn starch, let sit a few mins.

3In a skillet, add a little bit of oil and brown the beef each side, add in sauce mixture let come to a boil, then reduce to low, cover and simmer 15 mins.. serve over rice.
