Ingredients For mom's roast

1beef roast
-
potatoes (quartered)
-
carrots (sliced)
-
bell pepper (sliced)

onions (sliced)

onion soup mix
-
1 cancream of mushroom soup
How To Make mom's roast

1Line a 9 X 13 X 2-inch pan with foil. Spray foil with non-stick cooking spray to prevent sticking.

2Put roast in with vegetables all around.

3Pour cream of mushroom soup, 1 can water, onions, soup mix, salt and black pepper.

4Wrap with foil.

5Bake for 6 - 8 hours at 200 degrees.
