2 lbbeef round steak strips

1 lgcan tomatoes

3 Tbspsoy sauce

1/4 cwater

1 tspsalt

2-3green peppers cut in strips

2beef bouillon

1 Tbspcornstarch

How To Make mom's pepper steak

1Saute beef in butter with garlic for 2 minutes. Remove meat and add onion, pepper; saute about 2 minutes. Return meat to skillet along with tomatoes and bouillon; simmer 5 minutes. Blend together cornstarch, sugar, soy sauce, salt and water. Stir into meat mixture until thickened.
