Saw this one in the local paper and it looked too good to pass up. Real easy and one of best meat loaves I've ever prepared.

Ingredients For mom's original meat loaf

2 slicewhole wheat bread, toasted and cubed

1/2 cwhole or 1/2 and 1/2 milk

2eggs, gently beaten

1 conion, chopped

1/2 cparmesan cheese

3 Tbspfresh parsley, chopped

1 Tbspdijon mustard
-
2 tspworcestershire sauce
-
1/2 tspsalt
-
1/4 tspblack pepper
-
1 1/2 lblean ground beef

1 cketchup
How To Make mom's original meat loaf

1Pre-heat oven to 325 degrees

2In large bowl, place bread crumbs, milk and eggs. Mix well. Add the onion, parmesan cheese, parsley, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Mix well.

3Crumble ground beef on top of the mixture and fold together, using your hands.

4Transfer to glass baking dish, sprayed with oil and form into a loaf. Spread ketchup over top of loaf. Bake 1 hour and 15 minutes.
