Ingredients For mom's meatloaf and baked potatoes

  • 2 lb
    lean ground beef
  • 1 can
    tomato sauce
  • 1 pkg
    lipton beefy onion dry soup mix
  • 1 Tbsp
    worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp
    black pepper
  • 2 Tbsp
    a1 steak sauce
  • 2 Tbsp
    ketchup
  • 1 lg
    egg
  • 1/4 c
    bread crumbs, dry or fresh
  • 1 lg
    baking potato for each person

    Mix all ingredients together in large bowl leaving the ketchup for the final step

    Shape into loaf in a large loaf pan or baking dish (9x11)

    Bake for 45 minutes then spread ketchup on top for 14 minutes. Loaf should be firm the touch. drain fat from pan and let rest for 5 minutes. Remove potatoes and place in bowl this would be a good time to get remaining items on table.
