Ingredients For mom's meatloaf

1 1/2 lbground beef
-
1/2 cbread crumbs
-
18 oz. can hunts tomato sauce with onion

1egg
-
1 1/2 tspsalt
-
1/4 tsppepper
-
4pieces of bacon cooked and crumbled

1/2onion chopped and browned
-
3/4 cwater
-
2 Tbspbrown sugar
-
2 Tbspprepared mustard
-
1 Tbspwhite vinegar
How To Make mom's meatloaf

1Mix beef, bread crumbs, 1/2 can of the tomato sauce, egg, salt and pepper,bacon and onion.

2Shape into a loaf in shallow pan.

3combine remaining tomato sauce, brown sugar, mustard and vinegar and stir until smooth then add water and stir.

4Pour over loaf and bake at 350* for 1 1/2 hours
