Ingredients For mom's goulash

2 ccooked elbow macaroni
-
1 lbground beef
-
1 smonion chopped
-
1 ccelery chopped
-
1 canstewed tomatoes
-
1 cancream of tomato soup

2-3bay leaves
-
1=2 tspsalt and pepper
-
1 smgreen pepper
How To Make mom's goulash

1Brown ground beef with onion, celery, green pepper, salt and pepper.

2cook macaroni to el dente per package directions and then drain and add to meat mix

3Add the stewed tomatoes and tomato soup. Simmer on low for 15-20 minutes with the bay leaves. Remove bay leaves before serving

4Serve with a crisp tossed salad and rolls

5Have leftovers??? You can also add a small can of tomato sauce or V8 juice and put in baking dish. Cover with Cheddar Cheese and bake in oven at 375 for about 30 minutes or until hot and cheese is melted making sure it is covered.
