My Mom (in the picture) used to make this at every holiday or party - eventually, people started asking for this as a "gift". :) Simple, but the flavors are so good together. I hope you enjoy!Serve with your favorite cracker - I like Chicken in a Biscuit or Sociables.

Ingredients For mom's chipped beef cheese ball

  • 16 oz
    cream cheese
  • 5 oz
    chipped beef, chopped / minced finely
  • 3
    green onions, chopped finely
  • 2 Tbsp
    worcestershire sauce, or more to taste if preferred

How To Make mom's chipped beef cheese ball

  • 1
    Mix into a ball (1/2 of chipped beef in cheese ball), cover with saran wrap, and refrigerate. Roll the chilled cream cheese ball in the other half of the chipped beef. Serve with favorite crackers.
