My Mom made this when I was a kid. It was a favorite of my brother, Rocky, and me. Hope you like it too.

Ingredients For mom's best beef chow mein casserole

1large onion, cut lengthwise

1 lbground beef

1 1/2 cwater

1/4 csoy sauce

1 canben sprouts

1 1/2 ccelery cut into 1 inch pieces and then thinly sliced

2 Tbspcornstarch

1beef bouillon, cubes
How To Make mom's best beef chow mein casserole

1Saute onion, celery and beef.

2Add water and cornstarch. Stir until thinckened.

3Add soy sauce, bouillion and bean sprouts. Mix well

4Cover and simmer for 20 minutes. Serve with boiled rice and chow mein noodles.
