These little meat loaves get great flavor from the stuffing mix and develop a nice cheesy crunch on the outside.

Ingredients For mini meat loaves

1 lbground beef

1 cwater
-
1 pkgstove top stuffing mix for chicken (6 oz)

1 tspgarlic powder

3/4 cketchup
-
3/4 cmild shredded cheddar cheese
How To Make mini meat loaves

1Preheat oven to 375. Combine the beef, stuffing mix, water, and garlic powder in a bowl. Press the meat mixture into a greased muffin tin. (12 meat loaves)

2Make an indentation in each meat loaf (I use the teaspoon I used to measure the garlic powder). Squirt the ketchup in each indentation.

3Bake for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle the cheese on top of each meatloaf. Return to oven and bake another 5 minutes or until cheese is golden.
