1/4 ccrutons

1/4 cchopped onion

1/4 tspeach pepper, sage and thyme

2 Tbspshortening

2 lbground beef

1egg

1 tspsalt

2-4 Tbspwater
How To Make mini meat loaf

1Mix thouroughly 1/4c soup, beef, crutons, egg, onion, salt, sage and thyme. Shape firmly into six mini loaves. In skillet brown shortening pour off grease. Stir in balance of soup seasoning and water. Cover. Cook over low heat 20 minutes or until done.
