Ingredients For michelle's meatloaf

3-4 lbs. ground beef

1envelope liptons beefy onion soup mix

garlic powder
-
2eggs
-
10saltine crackers crushed
-
1 mdonion, chopped
-
2 sprigcelery, sliced thick and thin

2 cantomato sauce
-
2 canwater or more
-
1/4 cbutter/margarine
How To Make michelle's meatloaf

1in a 9x13 baking dish i mix my ground beef with soup mix and sprinkle garlic powder 2 eggs, can add some crushed crackers too.mix well and form a loaf. place in a 400 degree oven for 45 minutes and drain the grease off return to oven to finish cooking till sauce is ready.

2while meatloaf is baking, put butter in a dutch oven and melt add onion and celery and sautee. add tomato sauces and water. will be runny cook till thickens to a medium consistancy. Add this sauce to meatloaf after draining the grease and bake till done which is usually 1 hour maybe 1 hour and 15 minutes. serve over mashed potatoes this gravy is awesome...
