Ingredients For mexican tortilla skillet

1 lbground beef

16 ozshredded mexican cheese

1 smgreen bell pepper-chopped

1 smred bell pepper-choped
-
1 smyellow onion
-
2 clovegarlic-minced
-
1 Tbspchili power
-
1 oz16 tortilla chips-coarsely crushed

1taco seasoning mix pkt,

1-15 ozblack olives- sliced

1-4 ozmild green chiles
How To Make mexican tortilla skillet

1In a nonstick skillet, add 3 T canola oil or any other cooking oil. Sauté' veggies on med/high heat. Add onto a platter, and set aside.

2Brown up ground beef until no longer pink. Drain grease. Add Taco Pkt, using pkt directions.

3Add back in veggies. Stir to incorporate. Meanwhile, sprinkle in crushed chips. Stir to coated with meat and veggie mixture. Slice Black olives.

4Sprinkle over cheese. Top with secure lid for 7 min. or until cheese is totally melted.

5Serve and enjoy. You may add a dollop of sour cream/ and or olives if you wish. I only used olives
