Ingredients For mexican swiss steak

1 to 2 lbcubed steak

1 jar(8 oz) salsa (i like the chunky style)

1 smonion, diced

1 clovegarlic, minced

1/2 tspsalt
-
1/2 tsppepper
-
1/2 coil
-
3 Tbspflour
-
1/2 to 1 cshreeded cheddar cheese
How To Make mexican swiss steak

1Pour oil in skillet to get hot. In a ziplock bag mix flour, salt and pepper and shake well. Coat cube steak with flour and place in skillet. Cook both sides until lightly brown.

2Spray a 9 x 13 inch cooking dish with Pam cooking spray. Add meat to dish. Cover with Salsa, onions, garlic and bell peppers.

3Bake in a 350 degree oven for 1/2 hour. Sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese and cook another 10 to 20 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
