Ingredients For mexican polenta

4 ccorn meal
-
2 canswanson chicken broth
-
1 lbground beef,turkey,chicken or pork.

1 jarsalsa,the chunkier the better.

16 ozsour cream
-
1 lbshredded cheddar or 3-cheese mexi-blend
-
1 pkgtaco seasoning mix

hot sauce (optional)
How To Make mexican polenta

1In a saucepan, bring chicken broth to a boil. Add corn meal. Boil rapidly for 3 min. turn down heat,simmer for 15 min.

2Brown ground beef in a pan. When brown add taco seasoning mix. Add jar of salsa. Stir.

3When corn meal is thick enough to your liking spoon into bowl. Add some of the meat mixture on top. Sprinkle shredded cheese(generously). Top off with a spoonful of sour cream. Hot sauce to taste.
