1/2 lbraw chorizo casing removed

How To Make mexican meatball soup

1Mix all the ingredients together for meatballs. Shape into 24 meatballs and set aside.

2Place chicken broth, onion, tomato with liquid, cumin, oregano, and cilantro in large pot. Bring to a boil and reduce to a low boil and cook 10 minutes. Drop the meatballs in the boiling soup and continue to cook another 10 minutes.

3Taste and season with salt and pepper.
