Ingredients For mexican meat loaf

  • 1 cup crushed saltines (about 30 crackers)
  • 1 envelope taco seasoning mix
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 4 oz. can green chilies
  • 1/2 cup pepper jack cheese, grated
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 2 tablespoons worchestershire sauce
  • 2 lbs. ground chuck

How To Make mexican meat loaf

  • 1
    In a bowl, combine the first 8 ingredients. Add beef; mix well. Press into a greased 9x5 inch loaf pan. Bake @ 350 for 1-1 1/2 hours or until done.

    Serve with salsa, sour cream and shredded cheese of choice.
