Ingredients For mexican lasagne

2 lbground beef

9flour tortillas cut to fit or you can use corn

2 pkgchi chi's restaurante seasoning mix (green pkg)

8 ozsour cream

1 canrefried beans
-
3 cshredded pepper jack & cheddar cheese

1/4 cfresh cilantro

1 smonion diced
-
1 canchopped green chilis
-
1 cangreen enchilada sauce
How To Make mexican lasagne

1Preheat oven to 350 In a large frying pan cook beef with onions, drain off any excess fat. Add seasoning pkgs and green chilis, simmer till warmed thru. Pour a little green sauce on the bottom of a 9x13, place 2 shells on the bottom and cut the 3rd in half to cover openings, top with 1/2 of the following meat, beans, sour cream, cheese, repeat layers ending with tortillas, sauce and then cheese. Top with cilantro bake uncovered for 30 minutes or until cheese is bubbly. Serve with a side salad and guacamole
