This one I got from another Weight Watcher and I love it. My kids ask for it all the time. Easy and yummy too!

Ingredients For mexican lasagna

1 lblean ground beef or turkey

1 can16oz fat free refried beans

2 tspdried oregano
-
1 tspground cumin
-
2 cwater
-
2 creduced fat sour cream
-
1 can2 1/4 sliced olives - drained

1 cshredded reduce fat cheese
-
1/4 cthinly sliced green onions
-
16 ozjar of salsa
-
3/4 tspgarlic powder
-
9uncooked lasagne noodles
How To Make mexican lasagna

1In a non-stick skillet, cook beef and drain. Add spices and beans. Heat through completely. Coat a baking dish with cooking spray ( 9x13 ) Place 3 noodles in dish and cover with 1/2 the meat and bean mixture. Repeat layers. Top with noodles.

2Combine salsa and water mix together. Pour this mixture over the noodles. Cover and Bake 350 degrees for 60 - 70 minutes or until noodles are tender. Spread with sour cream. Sprinkle with olives, cheese and green onions. Cool slighly before serving.
