How To Make mexican lasagna

1Preheat oven 375. Brown meat and chili powder in large pan on med heat; drain. add salsa and corn.

2Layer 1/3 of mixture, 1/2 of tortillas and 1/2 cottage cheese in 13x9 baking dish. Repeat layers. Top with remaining meat mixture. Sprinkle with cheese.

3Bake for 30 minutes. Serve with sour cream and sliced olives.

4VEGETARIAN STYLE: SUBSITUTE 1 16-OZ CAN BEANS DRAINED FOR THE BEEF. INCREASE BAKING TIME TO 40-45 MIN OR UNTIL HEATED THROUGH.
