This recipe's story is great and tasty! As I remember, I got it from the One Pot Meals for Diabetics and I wasn't too sure. Seemed like a strange combination. But Surprise! Bestest Bill just loves it. It's now our fave.

Ingredients For mexican hash

1 conion, chopped

3 clovegarlic, chopped

3/4 lbhamburger, leanest

3 cpotatoes, baked (nuke), chopped

1` candiced tomatoes

1 tspcinnamon

1/2 tspcumin
-
1 1/2 ccelery, coarsely chopped

1/2 craisins, golden, soaked

1apple, very thinly sliced a good bite size :)
How To Make mexican hash

1Brown meat,stirring with onion, garlic, cinnamon, cumin ~~ not too long, just so no pink.

2Lightly salt potato cubes.

3Stir in the potatoes and apples and tomatoes.

4Finish off by stirring in the raisins and celery.

5Keep hot ten minutes.
