Ingredients For mexican currie

  • 2 lb
    hamburger
  • 1 md
    onion, diced
  • 1 can
    tomato sauce (15oz)
  • 3 can
    water (45oz)
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1 tsp
    oregano, dried
  • 1 tsp
    cumin
  • 1 tsp
    chili powder
  • 1 tsp
    garlic salt
  • 2 c
    cooked rice

How To Make mexican currie

  • 1
    Mix hamburger with onion and brown, drain grease. Pour tomato sauce, water and spices over hamburger and cook 35 minutes. Add cooked rice and cook 5 minutes longer. Serve over Fritos corn chips and top with shredded cheddar cheese, diced tomatos, diced onions and shredded lettuce. Sour cream and salsa can be topped also.
