Ingredients For mexican casserole

  • 8 oz
    macaroni cooked and drained
  • 1 lb
    ground beef
  • 1 pkg
    taco seasoning mix
  • 1 md
    onion diced
  • 1 md
    green pepper diced
  • 4 clove
    garlic minced
  • 1
    15 0z can corn drained
  • 1 sm
    can red enchilada sauce
  • 1 c
    sour cream
  • 1 pkg
    dry onion soup mix
  • 1 can
    each cheddar cheese and cream of mushroom soup
  • 8 oz
    shredded cheddar cheese

How To Make mexican casserole

  • 1
    Brown the burger with the onion, green pepper and garlic until meat is cooked. Add the taco seasoning and remaining ingredients except cheese. Combine well.

    Preheat oven 350 degrees. Pour burger mixture into baking pan. Top with cheese and bake for 30 minutes.
