Ingredients For mexican bubble pizza

1 1/2 lblean ground beef

1 pkgtaco seasoning
-
3/4 cwater
-
1 cantomato soup
-
1 canrefrigerated buttermilk biscuits

2 cshredded cheddar cheese
-
2 cshredded lettuce
-
2tomatoes, chopped
-
1 csalsa, chunky
-
1 smcan sliced olives, drained

8 ozsour cream
-
3green onions, sliced
How To Make mexican bubble pizza

1Heat oven to 375F.

2Brown ground beef in large skillet over medium-high heat until thoroughly cooked; drain.

3Add taco seasoning, water and soup; mix well.

4Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 3 minutes. Remove from heat.

5Cut each biscuit into 8 pieces. Add pieces to ground beef mixture; stir gently.

6Spoon mixture into 13x9 pan.

7Bake for 18-23 minutes until sauce is bubbly and biscuits are golden brown.

8Remove from oven. Sprinkle with cheese.

9Return to oven and bake an additional 8-10 minutes until cheese is melted.

10Cut into squares. Top with lettuce, tomato, salsa, olives, sour cream and onions.
