1uncooked 8 or 9-inch pie crust

1egg

1 lblean ground beef
-
1 canMexicorn, drained (I use Green Giant brand)

1/2 csoda cracker crumbs

1/2 csweet chili sauce
-
2 Tbspdried bell pepper flakes

1 Tbspdried minced onion
-
1/2 tsporegano
-
4pimento stuffed green olives, sliced

6 slicecrisp bacon, crumbled, if desired
- TOPPING:

1egg

2 Tbspmilk
-
1/2 tspsalt

1/2 tspworcestershire sauce

1 ccheddar cheese, shredded
How To Make mexicali meat pie

1In mixing bowl, beat eggs slightly. Add ground beef, corn, cracker crumbs, chili sauce, pepper flakes, onion and oregano. Mix well.

2Press meat mixture firmly into pastry-lined pie pan. Bake at 425° for 20-25 minutes.

3Mix topping ingredients; spread over cooked meat. Top with olive slices and crumbled bacon, if desired. Bake an additional 5 minutes or until cheese melts.

4Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
