I sort of created this recipe by throwing some things together for a fast and quick meal. It turned out delicious and my family asks for it regularly! It's Cheeseburger Mac with a mexican twist. Hope you like it!

Ingredients For cheeseburger macaroni mexi style

2 celbow macaroni, cooked

1 1/2 cvelveeta cheese- melted

1 canrotel- lime and cilantro drained

1/2 csour cream
-
1 cmonterey jack cheese

1 lbground beef
-
1 clovegarlic
-
1 pkgtaco seasoning
-
1 mdchopped onion
-
1 mdchopped bell pepper
-
1 cansliced black olives-optional
-
chopped scallions for garnish
How To Make cheeseburger macaroni mexi style

1In skillet; brown ground beef with garlic and taco seasoning. Drain. Return to pan and add onion and bell pepper till cooked soft.

2Meanwhile, add melted velveeta to cooked macaroni. Mix well. In 9 x 13 casserole dish, mix beef and remaining ingredients together with cheesy mac. Top with monterary jack cheese.

3Bake 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes until hot and cheese is melted. Garnish with chopped scallions. Serve with salsa and jalapenos is you like.
