This has been an appetizer for the past 30 yrs. Everyone likes it served with tortilla chips.

Ingredients For mexi dip

1/2 lb.ground beef
-
1 pkgtaco mix seasoning

1 canrefried beans
-
1 cantomato sauce
-
1 smonion, chopped
-
1/2green pepper, chopped

1/2 tspdry mustard

1 1/4 tspchili powder,can use more if desired

1 csour cream mixed with 1/4 tsp. chil powder
-
chopped lelttuce (optional)
-
chopped olives (optional)
How To Make mexi dip

1Brown ground beef until juices run clear and drain.

2Return ground beef to pan and add refried beans, tomato sauce, taco seasoning, onion, green pepper, chili powder and dry mustard. Mix well and heat until boiling.

3Spread in a 9 inch pie plate. After cooled in fridge, top with chopped lettuce, shredded cheddar cheese or cheese of your choice. Also can add chopped tomatoes or toppings of your choice.
