Ingredients For melt in your mouth spare ribs

3beef spare ribs, frozen

1white onions

5 clovegarlic, minced

1pablano pepper
-
1/4 cred wine

1/2 tspsalt

1/2 Tbspground pepper

2 Tbspolive oil
How To Make melt in your mouth spare ribs

1Drizzle bottom of crockpot with 1/2 the olive oil. Sprinkle with 1/2 the salt and pepper.

2Rough chop the onion, garlic, and pepper. Place in pot.

3Place frozen spare ribs on top of the bed of onion, garlic and peppers. Drizzle with remaining olive oil. Sprinkle with remaining salt and pepper.

4Add red wine to the pot.

5Cook on lowest setting for 5 hours or until tender.

6Optional: Add some red pepper flakes or red chili sauce for an extra kick!
