This is a slow cooker meatloaf recipe that I found on Allrecipes.com. I goes very well with mashed potatoes and green beans. *I used 2 pounds of ground beef; worked just fine.

Ingredients For melt-in-your-mouth meatloaf

2eggs

3/4 cmilk

2/3 cseasoned bread crumbs

2 tspdried minced onion

1 tspsalt

1/2 tsprubbed sage

1 1/2 lbground beef*

1/4 cketchup
-
2 Tbspbrown sugar

1 tspground mustard
-
1/2 tspworcestershire sauce
How To Make melt-in-your-mouth meatloaf

1In a large bowl, combine the first six ingredients; crumble beef over mixture and mix well (mixture will be moist).

2Shape into a round loaf; place in a 5-quart slow cooker; cover and cook on low for 5 to 6 hours or until a meat thermometer reads 160 F.

3In a small bowl, whisk the ketchup, brown sugar, mustard and Worcestershire sauce; spoon over the meat loaf.

4Cook 15 minutes longer or until heated through; let stand for 10 to 15 minutes before cutting.
