A simple slow cooker meal the whole family will love. The pieces of beef in this Crock Pot beef stroganoff is tender and melts in your mouth. The creamy sauce is full of flavor and perfect over egg noodles. A comforting meal to add to your dinner rotation.

2 lbbeef stew meat

2 cancream of mushroom soup (10.5 oz each)

1/2 cwater

1/2 cbeef broth
-
1 cfresh sliced mushrooms

1 lgonion, diced

4 TbspWorcestershire sauce

1 tspgarlic powder
-
1 tspblack pepper
-
1 tspkosher salt
-
1 tspGravy Master
-
8 ozcream cheese
-
16 ozwide egg noodles
How To Make meg's homemade crock pot beef stroganoff

1Heat 3 Tbsp olive oil in a skillet. Brown beef in skillet until only the outsides are browned.

2While meat is browning, combine soup, water, broth, veggies, and Worchestershire sauce in Crock Pot and stir well.

3Stir in the onions and mushrooms.

4Add well-drained beef, garlic powder, pepper, salt, and Gravy Master; stir again. Set Crock Pot to low setting. Cook on low 6-8 hours.

5Just before serving, prepare your noodles as directed on the package. Turn Crock Pot to high and add cubed cream cheese to the sauce. Stir until melted and combined. Turn heat off and let sit 10 minutes.

6You can stir your noodles into the sauce or serve your sauce over your noodles. That's all there is to it. Simple and yummy!
