Ingredients For meatza pie

  • 1-1 1/2 lb
    ground beef, the leaner the better
  • 2/3 c
    milk
  • 2-3 slice
    white bread
  • 1 tsp
    garlic salt
  • TOPPINGS
  • 1/2 c
    catsup
  • 1 sm
    can mushroom slices
  • 1/4 c
    parmesean cheese
  • 4-5 slice
    american cheese
  • 1 tsp
    oregano, dried

How To Make meatza pie

  • 1
    Soak bread in milk. After milk is absorbed, mix with the ground beef. Add the garlic salt and mix well. Spread ground beef mixture on a pizza pan with edges.

    Top with catsup and spread like pizza sauce to cover ground beef mixture. Next put mushrooms on all over the meatza pie.

    Cut cheese in rectangles, 3-4 per slice and put on meatza pie to cover. Top the cheese with parmasean cheese. Sprinkle oregano over top of all. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Serve in wedges. (May need to drain grease before serving.)
