I made this hearty meaty & cheesy pizza for our dinner tonight. It had to be loaded in order to serve it as a dinner item, since my husband is a big meat eater. I used 4 types of cheeses on this pizza as well as Ground Round & Pepperoni, With the italian Seasoning, mushrooms, olives, Mild cheddar, Shredded Kerry Gold Irish Swiss, Mozzarella & Parmesan/Romano, combined, they all blended well together,& made a very Hearty Pizza Dinner. My husband loved the combination of all the flavors, & the fact that I made it especially for him. He stated that it was very good & a great dinner idea

Ingredients For meaty crescent dough sheet pizza w/4 cheeses

1 lbground round
-
2 tspgranulated garlic powder

2 tspitalian seasoning
-
1 tspsteak seasoning
-
2 canpillsbury crescent seamless dough sheets
-
25-35 slicepepperoni
-
1 1/2 cshredded mozzarella cheese
-
1/2 cshredded kerry gold irish swiss cheese
-
1 cshredded mild cheddar cheese
-
1/3 cgrated parmesan/reggiano blend
-
1/2 csliced black olives ( more if you like)
-
1 cansliced mushrooms, drained
-
1 jar24 oz. thick pasta or pizza sauce(will not need it all)
How To Make meaty crescent dough sheet pizza w/4 cheeses

1Brown ground round in large skillet till no pink remains. Add italiaN SEASONING, GARLIC POWDER, & STEAK SEASONING while it is cooking. dRAIN EXCESS FAT IF THERE IS AN ACCUMULATION. I didn't have any because I used ground round.

2Shred about 1/2 cup of Kerry Gold Irish Swiss cheese, and set aside till needed. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.

3Spray a large cookie sheet with non stick cooking spray. Then unwrap both cans of pizza crust, and place on large cookie sheet, laying side by side and pinching seams together till they are sealed.

4Open pizza or pasta sauce.

5With a large spoon, spoon generous amount of sauce over the pizza crust, and spread out with bottom of spoon, leaving about 1/2 inch border on all 4 sides uncovered.

6Sprinkle Italian seasoning over crust lightly.

7Then sprinkle Parmesan/Romano over seasoning.

8Next add about 1/2 of can of drained mushrooms.

9Then to that top with the shredded swiss.

10Then top with half of shredded cheddar.

11Then top cheddar with about 1/3 of the shredded mozzarella.

12Top mozzarella with half of sliced pepperoni.

13Sprinkle about half of cooked ground round.

14Repeat with remaining cheese, but reserve about 1/2 cup of shredded mozzarella for the top.

15Add remaining mushrooms, another layer of ground Beef, sliced olives, remaining pepperoni slices& other cheeses.

16Making last layer shredded Mozzarella

17Place pizza in preheated 425 degrees F. oven for 15 to 18 minutes till crust is crisp, and cheeses have melted. Serve while still hot. Top with additional italian seasoning and grated parmesan if desired.
