A Weekend Delight. This is fun to do and Great for Individuals, or persons living alone and for Families too,(just double or Tripple the recipe.) This is Just something that Just Looks, & tastes fantastic. Your Guests will think you have just Went over the edge with this dinner. Yet, You'll Just "Thank them' as You'll keep the secret all to yourself, So Simple. Note: make several, Freezes well after baking.

Ingredients For meatloaf to treasure by freda

  • MEATLOAF TREASURES
  • 1 lb
    ground beef, lean
  • 1/2 med
    onion diced
  • 2 TBS
    diced green pepper
  • 1 Tbs
    garlic salt
  • pepper & sage, to taste
  • 1/2 sleeve
    club crackers, crushed
  • 1 lg
    egg
  • TOPPING
  • ketchup

How To Make meatloaf to treasure by freda

    Preheat Oven @ 350 Season pans with Cooking spray (see Photos of pans) Muffin tin or 4 1/2 cup ring pan ( small ring)

    Mix all ingredients together. (See photos) Except topping.

    INDIVIDUAL servings: (See Photo) If making individual Meat loaves, Use Muffin tin. Make large Meat balls and place (1) in each muffin cup. Bake 15 min covered, and 5-8 min uncovered. Top with Ketchup, to serve. Freezes well without Ketchup for individual servigs.

    RING of Meatloaf: (see Photo) If making a RING, use Cake ring Pan, Spray well. Mold mixture in sprayed pan. Take a Knife to loosen sides. Turn out on baking pan or pie plate. Bake 15 min, covered and 5-10 min uncovered, Top with Ketchup.

    Fill Center of meatloaf ring with Your Choice of: Green beans, Lima beans, Peas, Peas & carrots, Corn, Mexi-corn, Mashed Potatoes. Use your imagination, the choices are endless.
