Ingredients For meatloaf minis

    lb. ground beef
  • 1
    box ( 6oz) stove top stuffing mix
  • 1 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 3/4 c.
    bbq sauce
  • 3/4 c.
    mild shredded cheese

How To Make meatloaf minis

  • 1
    heat oven 375, mix meat, stuffing mix, 1c. water, and garlic powder; press into 12 muffin cups (spray cups with pam first).

    make an indention in the center of each mini loaf with a spoon; fill with sauce; bake for 30 mins., until cooked through.

    top with cheese, bake 5 more mins; serve with green beans and oh my it's GOOD!
