Ingredients For meatloaf minis

1 lbground beef

6 ozstuffing mix (stove top)

1 cwater

3/4 cshredded cheddar cheese

1 tspgarlic powder

3/4 cbbq sauce
How To Make meatloaf minis

1Heat oven to 375. Mix meat, stuffing mix, water, and garlic powder. Press into 12 muffin cups sprayed with cooking spray.

2Make an indentation in center of each meatloaf with a spoon; fill with bbq sauce.

3Bake 30 min or until cooked through. Top with cheese; continue baking 5 min or until cheese is melted.

4*note* You can substitute the garlic powder and bbq sauce with the following combinations. Italian-Style: Use 1 tsp Italian Seasoning and 3/4 Cup Spaghetti Sauce or Mexican Style: Use 2 tsp Chili Powder and 3/4 Cup Thick N Chunky Salsa
