Old fashioned comfort food. Its filling and good. You can use leftover mashed potatoes if you have them.

Ingredients For meatloaf and potato pie

1 lbground beef

2 slicewhole wheat bread torn into small bits

2/3 cmilk

1egg, slightly beaten

1/3 cchopped onion

1 Tbspworcestershire sauce

1 tspsalt

2 cmashed potatoes (can use a little more if you like)

1/2 cshredded cheddar cheese
How To Make meatloaf and potato pie

1Heat oven to 350 degrees. Mix beef, bread, milk, egg, onion, Worcestershire sauce and salt. Spread in ungreased 9 inch pie pan. Bake until done (35 to 40 minutes). Top with mashed potatoes, spreading to edges. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake additional 3 to 4 minutes to melt cheese.

2You may need to thin potatoes with mik to be able to spread them well, especially if you use leftover potatoes.
