This is my MIL's recipe. This meatloaf is always moist and delicious.

Ingredients For meatloaf

1 lbground beef
-
1onion diced (small) or 2 tablespoons of dry onion soup mix

1egg
-
breadcrumbs added until loaf holds form

1 cantomato soup
How To Make meatloaf

1In a Bowl mix meat and bread crumbs together. Add the egg. Pour half of can of tomato soup on top. Start to form into a loaf. Add more bread crumbs if needed.

2Place loaf in casserole dish. Pour remainder of soup on top of loaf.

3Cook covered at 350 degrees for an hour.
