This is a family favorite in a lot of homes... While I've never been a HUGE meatloaf lover, this is the recipe my family used growing up and its wonderful comfort food!

Ingredients For meatloaf

2 1/2 lbground beef
-
1 1/4 tspsalt
-
2eggs
-
1 dashground black pepper
-
2 csoft bread crumbs

1 cheinz 57 steak sauce

1medium onion, chopped
-
1 cgreen bell pepper, chopped

1 pkglawy's meatloaf seasoning
-
ketchup
How To Make meatloaf

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease a loaf pan or foil lined baking dish.

2In a mixing bowl, combine all of the ingredients EXCEPT for the ketchup until mixed well.

3Place mixture in or on baking dish and mold into a loaf if not using a loaf pan.

4Take ketchup and brush the entire loaf as if you were frosting a cake.

5Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour and 30 minutes or until done. Let stand for at least 15 minutes before slicing.
